Elizabeth Berezovsky, PhD
Dr. Elizabeth Hulme Berezovsky is a Director of Technical Operations at BioMotiv.
Elizabeth has over 10 years of research experience in chemistry and the life sciences. Prior to joining BioMotiv, Elizabeth was a postdoctoral fellow at the Cleveland Clinic, where she led a research effort to explore the relationships between metabolism, cellular stress, and healthy aging. For this work, she was granted a Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award from the National Institutes of Health. In addition to her research, Elizabeth has served as technical adviser to NemaMetrix, a startup that uses small organism electrophysiology to accelerate drug development.
Elizabeth received her Ph.D. in chemistry under the direction of Professor George M. Whitesides at Harvard University. The focus of her graduate work was the creation of microfluidic cell- and organism-based assays for drug discovery. Elizabeth holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry from McGill University.
